Think of them as your spiritual accountability partner, confidant, friend, and head cheerleader. We know that coaching works. We get coaches to support physical health, nutritional changes, sports performance, and business success. Planned and intentional action towards growing our faith, like any of these other areas, is best served by having a coach on your side. Drawing from the rich tradition of discipleship in the Gospels, Christian Walk Coaching involves a relational approach to spiritual development, where the coach serves as a trusted companion and mentor in biblical exploration and application on a client-directed journey of faith. Coaches have a resourced plan, a direction, and the next steps so your study is not lost or left to only Sunday instruction. Heard a sermon, and have questions? They help you integrate a focus on the “Mind of Christ” to meet the disjointed existence of today’s world. Walk Coaches help individuals new to the Christian faith as well as seasoned believers.

What is a Christian Walk Coach?

Through proven activities, deep listening, meaningful dialogue, and intentional guidance, your Walk coach supports you in a program designed to deepen your relationship with God, navigate life's challenges with wisdom and grace, and grow into the fullness of who God created you to be. Your coach is a faithful student and adherent to the Christian faith and theological study. They don’t claim to know everything but they have committed to finding out and walking beside you through any question or challenge; knowing that Biblical instruction is God’s word for supporting us in this world. . Whether exploring Scripture, discerning God's will, or navigating life's transitions, walk coaching provides women a safe and supportive space to wrestle with their faith, ask questions, and discover the truth that will ignite their radiant light.
